The MBA program consists of five phases that provide competencies and tools while developing personal skills for an integrated approach to business management.
FUNDAMENTALS & BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
Starting with Fundamentals, participants gain essential knowledge in key disciplines, understanding advanced decision-making's quantitative and qualitative aspects. The Business Management segment delves into the intricacies of managing modern enterprises against the backdrop of a rapidly evolving digital economy.
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS
This Concentration broadens perspectives, equipping students with the skills to navigate the global market's challenges and opportunities and to develop a global mindset essential for today's interconnected world.
DATA-DRIVEN MANAGEMENT E BUSINESS INNOVATION
Machine Learning, Big Data, AI, Business Analytics, New Product Development, New Ventures Start-up, Open Innovation: this section emphasises the utilization of technology to predict critical challenges, guide business decisions, and identify opportunities while simultaneously urging students to cultivate creativity and forward-thinking.
Run in collaboration with industry and venture capital leaders.
LEADERSHIP DYNAMICS
Achieving results quickly, taking responsibility, developing new organizational and operational patterns and models, working efficiently under pressure, and exercising responsible leadership: are the skills that distinguish an MBA graduate and make a difference in career prospects.
ELECTIVES
The final part of the MBA program may include: elective courses, an exchange program with an international business school partner, or consulting projects. The course ends with the presentation of the final Project Work.
